We loved exploring the lush grounds with a guided tour showcasing local crops. The kids had a blast with horseback riding and ATV adventures. Our family, along with two couples, enjoyed all the fun activities.

The staff was very friendly and attentive during my four-night stay. The food was amazing, with a variety of choices that made each meal enjoyable. One of my favorite experiences was the horseback riding. it allowed me to explore the beautiful garden views and soak in the tranquil surroundings.

The property offers a stunningly clear cenote experience that is truly unforgettable, and the tour of the sisal production is both informative and engaging. Enjoying meals in different locations enhances the overall dining experience, especially with delicious options like cured meats. While the remote location provides tranquility, the availability of limited dining options after 7 pm could be improved. Additionally, the absence of a poolside beverage service was noted during our visit.

the breakfast options were quite limited.

missingWrote a review on 22 Aprlimited breakfast
Expectations were high, given the steep pricing, but the overall setup left a lot to be desired. The breakfast selection is limited, featuring just basic items like fruit, bread, and eggs, with upsells for anything extra. For a hotel aiming for luxury, the lack of Wi-Fi in rooms and the absence of a telephone for room service can be frustrating. The noise from a generator starting at 5 AM can make a peaceful sleep elusive, and the private pool felt underwhelming, resembling stagnant water rather than an inviting swim.
